Vacation purchase program
As a new hire, you are not immediately eligible to enroll in the vacation purchase program.
If you wish to purchase additional vacation days to be used during your FIRST FULL CALENDAR YEAR with the Company, you may do so during the next Annual Enrollment period in the fall. Your purchased vacation will be available beginning the following January 1.

The benefits you elect during your new hire enrollment will be effective until the end of this year. You’ll have an opportunity to enroll for next year’s benefits during Annual Enrollment in the fall.

If your significant other has other coverage available (for example, through his or her employer) but chooses to enroll in Ford coverage, you’ll pay a monthly surcharge of $110 for medical and/or $11 for dental.
