Medical Plan and Basic Medical Plan are High-Deductible Health Plans. These plans allow you to choose from a broad network of health care providers and manage your own expenses. A characteristic of an HDHP is that it may be combined with a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for qualified health care expenses with tax-free dollars.
Your eligibility is determined primarily by your home ZIP code. Refer to the Annual Enrollment event on benefits.com to determine your plan eligibility and coverage options.
